- Support the CSO in managing daily plant and township security operations.
- Supervise shift-wise deployment of security staff and ensure discipline and alertness.
- Monitor CCTV, entry/exit registers, material movement, and visitor logs.
- Handle incident reporting, security breaches, and conduct preliminary investigations.
- Assist in conducting security audits, drills, and regular patrols.
- Coordinate with internal departments for VIP movements, high-risk tasks, or event security.
- Enforce security SOPs and assist in training current security personnel.
- Provide backup leadership in the absence of CSO and escalate critical issues as needed.
