- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, suspension, braking, steering, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Carry out engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and major component replacements.
- Troubleshoot CAN Bus, ECU, sensors, wiring harnesses, actuators, and onboard electronic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, calibration, and quality inspections.
- Use OEM diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate job cards, repair records, and technical documentation.
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and quality requirements.
- Guide and mentor junior technicians.
- Coordinate with service advisors and support exceptional customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
Education (Mandatory):
- 2-year Full-time ITI, OR
- 3-year Full-time Diploma, OR
