About the Role We're looking for a Podcast Producer to plan, produce, and deliver high-quality podcasts aligned with Bajaj Finserv's brand and content strategy — owning the complete production lifecycle from ideation and guest coordination through recording, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end podcast production — pre-production, recording, editing, publishing, and promotion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize themes, formats, and content calendars
- Research industry trends and develop engaging concepts across finance, technology, business, and consumer awareness
- Coordinate with hosts, speakers, guests, agencies, and production teams for smooth recording schedules
- Edit podcasts using professional audio tools — music, transitions, noise reduction, and mastering
- Publish across major platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Amazon Music, and others)
- Create episode descriptions, titles, metadata, transcripts, and promotional content
- Work with content, branding, social media, and marketing teams to maximize reach and engagement
- Monitor performance metrics — downloads, listener retention, engagement, and campaign effectiveness




- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and editorial standards
- Stay current with podcasting trends, AI-based audio tools, and recent content formats

Requirements

- Strong understanding of podcast production workflows
- Hands-on experience with audio editing tools (Adobe Audition, Audacity, GarageBand, Descript, Riverside, or similar)
- Experience in scripting, storytelling, interview preparation, and editorial planning
- Knowledge of podcast publishing platforms and RSS feed management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
- Understanding of audio quality, sound design, and post-production techniques
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for transcription, editing, captioning, or content repurposing is a plus

Good to Have

- Experience producing podcasts for brands, media houses, digital content companies, agencies, or corporate communications
- Background in Journalism, Digital Media, Content Marketing, Broadcast Media, Radio, or Corporate Communications
- Experience producing business, finance, technology, or leadership-focused podcasts
