ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Helps organizations manage and secure digital identities and access across enterprise systems.

What You’ll Do:

- Build and execute an influencer outreach plan covering 50–60 influencer deals within the first month — from identification and outreach to negotiation, briefing, and delivery
- Write clear, brand-aligned creator briefs that give influencers everything they need to make content that actually works
- Plan and execute offline community activations — events, pop-ups, experiences — that build brand awareness and word-of-mouth pre and post launch
- Own the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch buzz calendar — ensuring consistent, coordinated activity across all fronts
- Deliver weekly reporting on targets vs. achievement, mapping engagement, reach, and influencer performance against set KPIs
- Coordinate day-to-day with the content creator,



video editor, graphic designer, and event ops to ensure smooth execution
- Manage influencer relationships end-to-end — timelines, deliverables, payments, and follow-through
- Track and maintain a live influencer database with status, deliverables, rates, and performance metrics
- Identify gaps in the content and community strategy and proactively bring solutions to the founding team

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, community building, or brand marketing — preferably in D2C, skincare, beauty, or lifestyle
- Deep understanding of Instagram — how the algorithm works, what makes creator content perform, and how to brief for results
- Proven experience managing multiple influencer relationships simultaneously with clear processes and follow-through
- Comfortable owning a launch calendar and working to hard deadlines without losing attention to detail
- Solid written communication — can write briefs, outreach messages, and reports clearly and without fluff
- Analytical enough to build and present weekly target vs. achievement reports with real insight Mumbai-based preferred — offline presence for activations and shoots is a core part of this role
