Executive- Technical Support

We are looking for an experienced brewery skilled to strengthen our Manufacturing Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities

- * Exposure of brewing, fermentation, filtration, packaging, utilities, engineering, and quality systems across breweries.
- * Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive CAPA implementation.
- * Benchmark brewery performance and support manufacturing excellence initiatives.
- * Review engineering projects, utilities, process optimization, and techno-commercial proposals.
- * Prepare technical reports, MIS, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
- * Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to improve operational performance and cost efficiency.





Qualifications & Experience

- * B.E./B.Tech. in Brewing, Chemical, Food Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
- * 8–15 years of experience in brewery, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
- * Strong knowledge of brewery operations, engineering, utilities, quality systems, and process improvement.
- * Exposure to technical audits, CAPEX projects, vendor evaluation, and manufacturing KPIs.
- * Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SAP/ERP, and preparation of MIS and technical reports.
- * Excellent analytical, auditing, communication, and report-writing skills.
