A hands-on internship within the Customer Engineering team, providing exposure to SaaS product support, real-world customer issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product teams. The intern will support troubleshooting activities, analyze technical issues, and assist in resolving customer queries under senior engineer guidance — building a robust foundation in SaaS solution engineering and application support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in handling Tier 4 customer support issues
- Troubleshoot application issues using logs, basic SQL queries, and internal tools
- Support senior engineers in reproducing and analyzing product issues
- Document solutions, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Customer Support

- Gain exposure to APIs, SaaS workflows, and cloud-based applications
- Participate in learning sessions and internal training programs
