- Continuous improvement projects delivering measurable business impact
What we're looking for:
- Engineering graduate/postgraduate
- 15+ years of manufacturing and operational excellence experience
- Solid expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Change Management
- Proven ability to influence, engage, and drive sustainable improvements across multiple locations
