We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets by visiting clients in the assigned territory. The role requires regular field visits, lead generation, product presentations, and closing sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Visit potential and existing customers regularly.
- Promote and sell company products/services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
- Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales (Freshers can also apply).
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
