Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our real estate projects, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment benefits.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits and closures.
- Keep up to date with project information, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Required QualificationsIntermediate, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.




- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory. Knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
