Job Description:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.

• Source and screen candidate profiles through various recruitment channels.

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with candidates.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting hiring targets. • Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates, colleges, consultants, and hiring partners.

• Communicate company policies, job roles, and employee benefits effectively to candidates.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring databases accurately.
