About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Tele caller Executive with robust communication and customer handling skills to drive outbound calls, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentive (based on experience & interview performance)

Experience: 3–5 years in Tele calling / Telesales / Customer Support

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Joining: Immediate joiners only

What you'll do:

▪️ Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services

▪️ Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers for conversion





▪️ Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

▪️ Maintain daily call records and update customer details in the system

▪️ Achieve daily and monthly call targets

▪️ Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion

▪️ Build and maintain strong customer relationships

What we need:

▪️ 3–5 years proven experience in Tele calling / Telesales / Customer Support

▪️ Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills

▪️ Target-oriented mindset

▪️ Basic computer knowledge

Languages:

▪️ Tamil & English – Mandatory

▪️ Telugu / Hindi – Any one preferred
