Position: Recruitment Executive(BPO and IT Requirement )

Location: Work from Home

Company Name – RKN Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Salary – 15K-20K Per Month + Good Incentives

1+ Years’ Experience in Hiring in BPO and IT requirement is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Able to Understand the requirements.

Strong Experience with Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Apna, Job Hai Etc.

Should have hands on experience with Boolean String.





Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and skilled networks

Having Good Experience in BPO Hiring in Domestic and International Process.

Able to work on IT, Non IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare Domain Requirements.

Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates

Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
