We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Collections Head to lead and manage the end-to-end collections function for our personal loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for minimizing delinquency, maximizing recoveries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across the collections team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective collection strategies across all delinquency buckets.
- Lead and manage in-house collection teams and external collection agencies.
- Monitor portfolio performance, recovery rates, roll-forward, and write-offs.
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and fair collection practices.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Drive process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and customer experience.
- Resolve escalated customer cases and support legal recovery actions where required.
- Recruit, train, and mentor collection executives and team leaders.
