Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related security equipment.
- Lay and terminate network, power, and coaxial cables.
- Configure IP cameras, network video recorders (NVR), digital video recorders (DVR), and remote viewing applications.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in CCTV systems, networking, and connectivity.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Replace or repair faulty cameras, cables, connectors, power supplies, and other hardware.
- Ensure proper camera positioning, recording quality, and system functionality.
- Maintain installation and service reports.
- Provide technical support and user training to customers.
- Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of analog and IP CCTV systems.




- Experience with DVR, NVR, IP cameras, and video management systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, routers, switches).
- Cable routing, crimping, termination, and testing skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

- Field-based job with travel to customer locations.
- Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments when required.
- Availability to attend emergency service calls if needed.
