We are looking for a Sales Executive in the Real Estate sector to join our team.
Position: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Patna Region
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in plot selling is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Patna real estate market will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and commercial plots.
- Generate current leads through field visits and networking.
- Maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Conduct site visits and explain project details to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
