Job SummaryThe Helper is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by assisting in loading and unloading goods, order picking, packing, material handling, housekeeping, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse activities. The role requires physical fitness, discipline, and adherence to company safety and quality standards.

- Key Responsibilities Load and unload products from vehicles safely.
- Pick, sort, and pack products as per delivery requirements.
- Assist in inward and outward movement of stock.
- Arrange and stack products in designated warehouse locations.
- Support inventory counting and stock verification activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the warehouse.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO guidelines while handling products, wherever applicable.
- Handle products carefully to avoid damages.
- Assist supervisors during dispatch and receiving operations.
- Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and company policies.




- Perform any other operational work assigned by the supervisor.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or loading/unloading activities (Freshers can also apply)
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is preferred.
- Required SkillsPhysically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Positive discipline and punctuality.
- Willingness to work in shifts or overtime if required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Working ConditionsWarehouse-based job.
- Involves lifting, moving, and stacking materials.
- Standing and walking for extended periods may be required.
- PPE must be used as per company safety guidelines.
