Maintain SLA and Network Uptime of 99.99%.

- Need to ensure the SLA (MTTR-4hrs) and TATs adherenceas per the Agreement with the Vendors.

- Manage the FRT Team allocated to get the required SLA(MTTR) for the routes.

- Process Compliance for Current connectivity, Acceptance Test,

- Data Base Consolidation/updation of ABD,HDD Reports, Fiber Details,

- Third Party HDD clearance for Other operator & Co- Ordination with other Operators and Civic authorities

- Ring closure of linear aerial and underground cases

- Handling Field related issues and people management.

- Hands on Experience in handling In building solutions End to End

- Co- Ordination with inter department for AT activity, Support to project, planning and Sales team & others.

- Completely responsible for & PM related activity

- Report generation based on the Daily Patrol, Daily cuts,

- Temporary & Permanent Rectification of fault with Vendor, Need to ensure the Field teams are available 24 X 7 to manage & Support for early restoration
