- Counsel MBBS doctors and healthcare professionals regarding Medvantage Fellowship Programs.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries.
- Explain course curriculum, clinical observership, eligibility, fee structure, and admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and enrolled learners.
- Stay updated on medical education trends and Medvantage offerings.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Education background preferred).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in education counselling, EdTech, healthcare, or sales is preferred.
- Comfortable with tele-counselling, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work from the office and handle admission-related responsibilities.
