### Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, managing manpower, ensuring quality standards, and completing projects within the scheduled timeline.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work.

* Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.

* Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

* Ensure quality control and safety standards at the construction site.

* Manage site materials, labor, and equipment effectively.

* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

* Verify measurements and prepare work completion reports.





* Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

* Maintain proper documentation related to site activities.

### Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution.

* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

* Good leadership and team management skills.

* Knowledge of civil construction standards and safety regulations.

* Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred.

* Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

### Qualification:

* Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects.

### Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Experience in residential/commercial building projects.

* Ability to handle multiple site activities independently.

* Immediate joiners are preferred.
