The Relationship Manager – Multi Channel will be responsible for driving mutual fund sales by strengthening relationships, increasing distributor engagement, and maximizing market share. The role requires strong relationship management skills, channel understanding, and the ability to drive sales through distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage relationships with MFD/IFA/ND/Banks to drive sustainable business growth. • Drive maximum market share across multiple channels • Plan and execute business development activities, tie-ups, and initiatives to grow channel sales. • Conduct regular engagement with partners through meetings, business updates, and reviews. • Provide market updates, product knowledge, and investment insights to distributors to enhance sales conversion. • Ensure superior sales support and service delivery to maintain strong partner experience. • Undertake relationship-building and brand visibility initiatives to strengthen goodwill in the channel.
Experience & Expertise:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Mutual Funds / AMC Sales/ banking. • Proven track record of driving sales and creating client value. • Strong understanding of distribution channels, mutual fund products, and capital markets.
