Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Understand client needs, budget, and preferences through detailed discussions.
- Itinerary Creation: Design customized travel itineraries, including destinations, activities, and dining.
- Booking & Reservations: Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, and other services using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Information & Advice: Provide expert knowledge on destinations, local customs, weather, visa/passport requirements, and health precautions.
- Document Management: Secure necessary documents and inform clients about travel regulations.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve travel-related problems, complaints, or emergencies.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, promotions,



and industry news.
- Sales & Promotion: Upsell travel insurance, packages, and promote deals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, payments, and booking details.
