Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries related to flight, hotel, and holiday bookings.

Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related information.

Provide prompt and professional customer support.

Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving queries within defined timelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility:

Min 06 months of exp in same domain

Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi

Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge

Adaptable to work in rotational shifts
