Job Title: Modular Furniture Production Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Modular Furniture Production Manager to handle daily factory production, manage workers, maintain quality, reduce wastage, and ensure timely delivery of modular furniture projects such as kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, office furniture, and customised furniture.

Responsibilities:

- Plan daily production as per project deadlines.
- Manage cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly, packing, and dispatch.
- Read drawings, measurements, cutting lists, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, site, and installation teams.
- Manage carpenters, machine operators, helpers, and supervisors.
- Ensure material planning and proper use of plywood, MDF, laminates, acrylic, hardware, etc.
- Maintain product quality at every stage.
- Reduce wastage, rework,



and production delays.
- Ensure factory cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Give regular production updates to management.

Required Experience:

- 4-8 years experience in modular furniture/interior furniture production.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, office furniture, and custom furniture manufacturing.
- Experience with panel saw, edge banding, CNC/router, boring machine, and other woodworking machines.
- Ability to handle labour and solve factory-floor problems.
