- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Record and reconcile all receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Process employee reimbursements and advances.
- Prepare GST working, TDS calculations, and support statutory compliance.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Work closely with operations and branch teams to ensure financial discipline.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com, MBA (Finance),



or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- Experience2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in the transport, logistics, travel, or service industry is preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and analyze financial data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
