Telecaller – Donor Relations & Fundraising

Job Type

- Full-time

- Work from Office

- Salary: Based on experience + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Call potential donors and explain the mission and impact of KILKARI CARE FOUNDATION.

- Build trust and maintain professional communication with donors.

- Encourage one-time and recurring donations.

- Follow up with interested donors.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and donor responses.

- Coordinate with the fundraising team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi,English





- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Previous telecalling, sales, customer support, or fundraising experience is preferred but not mandatory.
