CTC: Depends on the interview, Last CTC and experience + Incentives (Up to 6.00 LPA)
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
* Recruit advisers
* Generate business through the advisers
* Lead the team of advisers
* Motivate them to achieve targets
* Provide training and guidance.
