Those who are passionate about working from Office on Title & Search, Legal Repots, Real Estate & Corporate & Banking Laws. The Junior Legal Associate will support Senior Advocates in preparing Legal Reports for Lands, Flats, Apartments & Housing Schemes along with Legal Reports for Business Loans.

Exposure to a wide range of Civil Matters, Registration of Properties, Visiting Registrar Offices. Legal Audit/ Due Diligence, Banking matters, including transactions, property, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate title opinion/s and purchase agreements.



• Conduct legal research on property laws, zoning regulations, and land use issues. • Support due diligence efforts for real estate transactions, including title reviews and assessments. • Prepare legal documents such as deeds, closing documents/ agreements. Vetting Legal Documents.

Interactions: Client SPOC, Legal, Credit & Sales Department Staff. Office Colleagues from Law and Other Administrative Field. Chance to work on AI Based Software for Search. Visit and work with renowned clients in Banking & NBFCs, Deal with Registrar and Registration Office Staff. This Job is NOT related with Court Related Matters.
