Job Opening: Venue Sales & Operations Manager

VIBE SOCIAL – Sector 104, Noida

VIBE Social is a newly launched premium intimate event venue in Sector 104, Noida, designed for birthdays, private celebrations, kitty parties, corporate gatherings, workshops and social events.

We are looking for an energetic, presentable and sales-driven Venue Manager who can take complete ownership of bookings and day-to-day venue operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings

Conduct venue visits and confidently present VIBE Social to prospective clients

Prepare quotations and event packages

Upsell services such as catering, décor, DJ, photography, waiters and valet

Coordinate with decorators, caterers, DJs and other vendors

Supervise events from setup to completion

Ensure the venue remains clean, presentable and event-ready

Maintain booking calendar, customer database and payment records

Collect customer feedback, testimonials and Google reviews





Work closely with the digital marketing team to improve lead generation

Who We're Looking For

2–5 years' experience in banquet sales, event venues, hospitality, restaurants or event management preferred

Strong sales and closing ability

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

Presentable, organised and proactive

Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and social media leads

Valuable network of event vendors is an advantage

Preferably based in Noida/Greater Noida

Compensation

₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + attractive booking/performance incentives

There is significant earning potential for someone who can consistently generate and close events.

Location: VIBE SOCIAL, Sector 104, Noida

Employment: Full-time

We are not looking only for an event coordinator. We need someone who can SELL, CLOSE and RUN the venue.
