Job Title: Loan Advisor / Life Insurance Agent

Salary: ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan and life insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly.
- Assist customers with documentation and application processing.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking, loans, or insurance is an advantage.
- Sales experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
