Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the HCJ DP organization. This role is responsible for enabling data integrity, scalable data solutions, and business insights to support data-driven decision-making across the customer journey growth space.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Analytics, Data Products, Data Engineering, SQL, PySpark, and Tableau, along with excellent business understanding and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build end-to-end data solutions, including data pipelines, governed datasets, dashboards, and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Solve business problems through data analysis, insights, and effective business storytelling.
- Write, interpret, and optimize complex SQL queries across multiple data sources for ad hoc analysis and decision support.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical data models using modern Data Engineering principles.
- Develop and enhance enterprise Data Products by creating reliable, governed, reusable, and business-ready datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, dashboards, and recommendations.
- Perform technical data analysis and create datasets that support business questions, operational processes, and customer journey performance.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and relationships between business drivers.
- Perform statistical analysis to generate actionable business insights.
- Transform complex datasets into meaningful business recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across reporting and analytical datasets.
- Automate manual processes and improve data quality controls.
- Build, publish,



and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Partner with Data Product, Data Engineering, Reporting, and Analytics teams to strengthen self-service reporting capabilities.
- Support Agile delivery activities including requirement gathering, backlog refinement, testing, rollout, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Data Products, or Quantitative Analysis.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple data sources.
- Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
