Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Expand product availability in General Trade, Contemporary Trade, Medical Stores, Pharmacies, Institutions, and E-commerce channels where applicable.
- Drive market penetration and increase market share.

Distributor Management

- Appoint and onboard new distributors.
- Monitor distributor inventory, billing, and stock availability.
- Ensure effective implementation of distributor sales plans.
- Improve distributor ROI and profitability.
- Monitor collections and outstanding payments.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, and coach Sales Officers/Sales Executives.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual performance.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint market working.
- Motivate the team to achieve business objectives.





Market Development

- Conduct regular market surveys.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Execute trade promotions and product launch activities.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, pharmacies, and key institutional customers.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Forecast sales and monitor achievement against targets.
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies and pricing guidelines.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
