- Proficiency in Behavioral Health/Behavioral Healthcare software applications.
- Ability to analyze data trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders (patients, providers, insurance companies).
- Solid understanding of AR calling processes, denial management, and revenue cycle management principles.
- 5-10 years of experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management or similar field.
