Job Summary

We are hiring Inside Sales Executives (Telecallers) to handle leads and convert them into customers for our services and courses.

This is a target-based role involving calling, follow-ups, and deal closing.

Work Nature

Website Development Sales

- Explain website packages to business clients
- Understand requirements and suggest suitable solutions

Digital Marketing Services

- Sell SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ads services
- Educate clients on how digital marketing grows business

Ed-Tech Course Sales

- Sell courses: MERN Stack, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, AI & ML




- Guide students on career opportunities and course benefits

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound & inbound calls to leads
- Explain services and courses clearly
- Follow up with interested clients/students
- Convert leads into sales
- Update lead status in CRM

Skills Required

- Good communication (Tamil + Basic English)
- Additional Languages like Telugu and Hindi will be benefited with Rs.1000.
- Interest in sales and learning
- Confidence in speaking and convincing
- Target-oriented mindset
