Experience

- 3-6 years in Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new hospitals, healthcare organizations, and corporate clients.
- Generate business.
- Build relationships with HR Managers and Hospital Administrators.
- Conduct client meetings and field visits.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the BDE team.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures.
- Maintain CRM (Zoho) records and sales reports.
- Travel across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and other locations (Upto 60%.
