- Manage denial management process to minimize denied claims and optimize revenue cycle time.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including billing, coding, and customer service to resolve issues related to claim submissions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process.
- Develop strategies to improve patient payment rates by streamlining communication channels.
Job Requirements :
- 5-9 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS codes.
- Proficiency in managing complex medical records and ensuring accurate coding compliance.
