Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Bachelors degree in business, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
- Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
- Carry 1 Passport Size Photograph
- Candidates to have registered EPs
- It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive

- Step 2: On the I Begin homepage, click on Login (Three dots/lines at top right corner of the homepage to get the option)
- Step 3: Click on New User (Register with us)
- Step 4: Select "BPO" in Area of Interest and complete the registration. (Fill in the details)
- Step 5: Once completed, your TCS EP ID will be generated which starts with EP2026CNXXXXXXX.
- Step 6: You will be able to see your EP ID after logging into the I Begin website

Shift Timing: Should be adaptable with Rotational/Night Shift.

Experience: 412 years in sourcing, procurement, facilities procurement, workplace services procurement, real estate operations support,



or related commercial roles.

Job Role

In this role, associates will support execution of sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace-related categories by coordinating sourcing events, supplier interactions, documentation, commercial analysis, and follow-through on service and contract requirements.

Sourcing execution, Supplier coordination, Commercial analysis, Contract administration, Facilities and real estate procurement support, Stakeholder communication, reporting, and process discipline.

Responsibilities:

- Execute sourcing events for assigned real estate and facilities categories, including supplier outreach, bid comparison, and commercial evaluation support.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather scope, technical requirements, service levels, site details, and budget expectations.
- Support supplier onboarding, contract documentation, approvals, and compliance checks for real estate and workplace-related engagements.
- Maintain sourcing records, supplier information, commercial files, and contract trackers in line with governance requirements.
- Track milestones, renewals, service issues, and supplier commitments to support operational continuity and timely action.
- Analyze spending, pricing, and supplier performance data to identify opportunities for savings and process improvement.
- Assist in negotiations, supplier review meetings, and follow-up on corrective actions or service escalations.
- Work with procurement operations, finance, legal, and facilities teams to resolve sourcing, ordering, invoicing, or contract administration issues.
- Ensure sourcing execution complies with internal policies, approval controls, documentation standards, and audit expectations.
