Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, expand customer base, and increase revenue.
- Manage P&L; (Profit & Loss) performance, ensuring operational excellence in sales operations and maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for recent business development.
Job Requirements :
- 0-10 years of experience in Sales Head role or similar position in IT services industry.
- Proven track record of driving business expansion through effective sales strategy execution.
- Strong understanding of PNL management principles and ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making.
