Key Responsibilities - Define and lead the enterprise architecture vision for ERP, ensuring alignment with business strategy and program objectives. - Architect end-to-end blueprints across ERP and corporate systems, ensuring seamless and scalable integration of legacy and cloud-based services. - Drive the adoption of modern technologies and architectural best practices, including AI, machine learning, and next-generation enterprise applications. - Establish and enforce architecture governance and design standards, applying frameworks such as TOGAF and APQC’s PCF. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into architectural designs, leading workshops and reviews. - Develop ERP architecture roadmaps, identifying capability gaps and defining transition plans for phased execution. - Communicate architecture vision and roadmaps to senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for technology decisions. - Lead cross-domain and cross-functional design efforts, ensuring robust solutions that meet business needs. Overview - The Senior ERP Architect is a pivotal role within a leading telecom company, based in Hyderabad with remote working options. - Tasked with defining and leading the technology architecture vision, the architect will ensure alignment with the company's business strategy and industry standards. - This position is key to supporting major enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, leveraging deep expertise in AI and cloud services. - The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in architecting large-scale ERP and enterprise solutions.
- The architect will drive modernization and operational excellence by leveraging emerging technologies, with a focus on AI-driven automation and cloud-native architectures to ensure sustainability. - The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence and initiate across the organization, particularly in the ERP domain, serving as the principal technical authority. - This involves developing architectural blueprints and roadmaps that guide the integration of legacy systems with modern cloud-based services. - Collaboration is essential as the Senior ERP Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and various internal teams to translate business requirements into robust architectural designs. - The role also requires active engagement with senior stakeholders, communicating complex architecture visions in business-friendly terms. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent fields. Master’s degree preferred. - Over twelve years of experience in enterprise architecture, with significant expertise in ERP domains and transformation programs. - Proven expertise in ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics with solid integration skills. - Comprehensive knowledge of TOGAF, APQC PCF, ITIL, and telecom frameworks as applicable. - Advanced technical skills in application, data, and integration architectures; APIs, middleware, and cloud-native design. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders. - TOGAF 9 or 10 certification or equivalent, with additional ERP certifications such as SAP or Oracle being advantageous.
