We are looking for energetic and customer-focused International Voice Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
- Resolve customer issues while adhering to company policies and quality standards.




- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow established processes and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate/ Undergraduate
- Experience: 6 months - 3 years in International Voice Process with good communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
