Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor daily gap analysis and catch-up plans.
- Conduct monthly Pareto analysis and perform 5 Why root cause analysis.
- Update and maintain the Obeya (Obheya) board with key operational metrics.
- Develop and maintain leader check sheets.
- Conduct training sessions for team leaders and monitor effectiveness.
- Monitor and control 4M (Man, Machine, Material & Method) changes.
- Perform monthly stock verification and maintain records.
- Drive internal audit gap closures and CAPA implementation.
- Participate in Red Bin analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct expiry audits and ensure compliance.
- Update and maintain the skill matrix for all team members.
- Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation.
- Track and update team KPIs and performance metrics.
- Witness production trials and prepare trial reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
