Position: Java Lead
Experience Required: 12-15 Years

Location: Delhi(Govt project)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Lead with a strong background in full life-cycle systems development, from system design to development, maintenance, and support in web and client-server environments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, with the ability to lead a team in building high-performing, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related technologies.
- Guide and mentor a team of at least 8-10 developers, ensuring high performance and scalability of the applications.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of application development including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Manage client relationships, independently handle client communications, and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Actively participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to technology benchmarking to ensure competitive and state-of-the-art solutions.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and other cloud-native tools for application containerization and orchestration.
- Engage in Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, both individually and as part of the team, to validate innovative solutions and approaches.
- Provide leadership in integrating ReactJS and/or PHP where necessary, ensuring flexibility in the technology stack.




- Drive the adoption of up-to-date tools and technologies such as Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI or Tableau, and AI developments in the applications.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring code quality, security, and scalability across multiple projects.
- Collaborate closely with government clients (if applicable), ensuring compliance with government standards and frameworks.

Requirements:

- 10-15 years of professional experience in application development in web and client-server environments, with a focus on full life-cycle development.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with ReactJS and/or PHP is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Excellent command of modern programming languages and frameworks, with strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and technology benchmarking practices.
- Experience in working with government clients will be a plus.
- Experience handling teams of at least 8 members in delivering complex and enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward successful project delivery.
- Self-driven, with the ability to initiate and drive Proof of Concepts (PoC) and innovate with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience across at least 4 IT assignments in a Tech Lead role, demonstrating a deep understanding of team leadership, solution delivery, and technical excellence.
- Track record of leading 5+ large-scale projects in a senior development role.
- Experience with AI tools and familiarity with emerging AI technologies.
- Government client experience will be considered a plus.
