Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Process Trainer or similar role in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
