CTC: 75,000 To 80,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of project accounting, construction accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts and ensuring accurate financial and project-related reporting.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger posting, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Handle project accounting, costing, WIP, contractor billing, and project profitability.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor payments, invoicing, and collections.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow planning, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Prepare MIS, project cost, profitability,



and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, contractors, clients, and internal project teams.
- Ensure proper financial controls, documentation, and compliance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Construction / Project Accounting.
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP and Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com mandatory; M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred.
- 5 TO 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Mandatory experience in Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, Real Estate, or project-based organizations.
- Experience in project costing, contractor billing, and statutory compliance is essential.
