- Design & maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports
- Perform cost center analysis and cost allocation
- Prepare SBU-wise performance reports for management review
- Analyse data across finance, sales, and operations
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders for business insights
Preferred candidate profile
- CA qualified (Mandatory)
- 8 -15 years of experience in Financial Control / Finance & Accounts
- Experience in Broking / Capital Markets / Financial Services preferred
- Robust knowledge of MIS, Financial Reporting, Budgeting & P&L;
- Proficient in Advanced Excel / Power BI (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
