Role : Delivery Manager 1

JD: Delivery Manager / Project Manager / Coordinator to join the Governance POD on a large-scale Azure to AWS migration program, working alongside the Senior Delivery Manager and Delivery Manager. You will own the day-to-day coordination, tracking, and administration that keeps the program running smoothly across PODs.
This is a hands-on coordination role your focus is on keeping plans, actions, RAID, and governance artefacts accurate, current, and moving.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain program plans, trackers, and RAID logs across PODs; keep them accurate and up to date
- Coordinate the day-to-day operation of the gating process: scheduling reviews, chasing artefacts, tracking approvals
- Track actions and decisions from meetings and forums, and chase owners to closure
- Organise and run program ceremonies (stand-ups, working groups, gating reviews); capture minutes and clear actions
- Produce regular status reports, dashboards, and pack inputs for the Senior Delivery Manager
- Coordinate cross-POD dependencies, schedules, and resource asks at a working level
- Manage program documentation in Confluence/SharePoint; ensure version control and accessibility
- Support onboarding/offboarding of program resources and maintain team trackers

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, PMO Analyst, or Project Coordinator on technology delivery programs
- Solid organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience maintaining plans, RAID logs, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Confident running meetings, capturing actions,



and chasing owners to closure
- Comfortable engaging with client and internal stakeholders at working level
- Strong written communication for status reports, minutes, and stakeholder updates
- Proficiency with delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel/Power BI or similar)
- Basic familiarity with cloud migration or IT infrastructure delivery sufficient to follow technical conversations

Nice to Have

- Experience within a Migration Factory model with PODs, waves, and formal gating
- Regulated industry background (financial services, healthcare, public sector)
- Prince2 Foundation, Agile/Scrum, or PMO certifications
- Experience supporting a senior delivery lead in a structured PMO environment

What Success Looks Like

- Plans, RAID, and trackers are always current and trusted as a single source of truth
- Actions and decisions are captured clearly and closed out without slippage
- Gating activities run on schedule with no last-minute artefact chasing
- The Senior Delivery Manager and Delivery Manager are freed from coordination overhead to focus on delivery
- The program runs in an organised, predictable, and well-documented way

Interview Preparation
