Key Responsibilities

- Design endtoend ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and IT strategies
- Lead architecture for ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
- Define platform standards, best practices, and governance models
- Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and custom developments
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and compliance
- Guide and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators
- Handle integration architecture using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, LDAP, SSO, and thirdparty systems
- Support release management, CI/CD pipelines, and instance strategy (Dev/Test/Prod)
- Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization





Technical Skills & Expertise

- Solid experience in ServiceNow platform architecture
- Handson knowledge of:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt)
- CMDB architecture & CSDM

- Scripting: JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules
- Integrations: REST, SOAP, JSON, MID Servers
- Security: ACLs, roles, data protection, compliance frameworks
- Performance tuning and upgrade strategy
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine & scoped applications is a plus

Certifications (Preferred)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (one or more modules)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Highly desirable
