About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful closure and post-sales relationship management.




- Achieve individual business development and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

1. MBA Degree (Compulsory)
2. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
4. Proficiency in Hindi or Telugu will be considered an added advantage.
5. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and premium clients..
