- Plan and Execute MD activities: % planned activities completed, villages covered, farmer reach
- Effectiveness and Quality of Activities: Enquiries generated per activity, HPs generated, hp conversion from activities
- CRM Adoption: 100% activity reporting, enquiry creation, HP updates within timeline
- Promote Higher HP Sales: Share of 46-50 HP/PRIMA enquiries and hp contribution
- Resource Management: Demo tractor utilization, PO/Demonstrator productivity, training completion
- Budget & Claims Management: Timely claim submission, adherence to BTL budget, zero audit observations
