Role & responsibilities :-

Basic Professional Skills

- To act as a project coordinator, ensuring meaningful and

timely communication between the project team and the

head office, ensuring the appraisal of progress of work on

site.

Estimation and Costing

- To estimate the cost of the Works to be executed at site

along with finalization of technical Specification under the

guidance of Reporting Manager.

- Have ability to prepare basic rate analysis for key items of

work based on availability of local materials and pricing of

rates of key commodities to determine the cost of the

works to be executed at site

- To gather relevant information for the NIQ preparation for

Procurement/Contracts Department.

Planning and Monitoring





- Analyzing the daily/monthly progress reports sent by the

site team and appraising the progress to the reporting

manager highlighting the issues and delays in the work.

- Ensuring productive communication between the site team

and the head office to ensure quick and relevant execution

of the work.

Document Control

- Maintaining a repository of documents sent and received

(important communication + Technical documents) as a

part of a larger database, ensuring document compliance,

reducing the instances of missing documents.
