Job Summary

Senior/Lead .Net Developer – US Mortgage

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET technologies. This role involves hands-on development, architectural design, and participation in technical interviews. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable applications and setting up project infrastructure independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET Web API applications
- Define and implement architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices
- Set up and manage project infrastructure, including repositories, environments, and solution architecture
- Develop and maintain repository patterns, services, controllers, and dependency injection frameworks
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards
- Build and optimize complex LINQ queries, identify performance bottlenecks, and enhance application performance
- Participate in technical interviews and contribute to team hiring
- Collaborate in an Agile development environment

Required Skills:

- Solid experience with C# and .NET (Web API)
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio (latest versions)
- Solid understanding of design patterns and system architecture
- Solid algorithmic and problem-solving skills
- Experience in unit testing (preferred)
- Knowledge of dependency injection, repository patterns, and service-based architecture




- Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end development

Good to Have:

- Experience with Kafka
- Exposure to mortgage domain
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

AI Tools & Technologies – RAG, LLM, Computer Vision, Github, Copilot, Claude

Must be ready to attend a coding test of 2 hours

Location – Noida/Hyderabad/Trivandrum (Hybrid Mode) – 3 days from office
